“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.” ~Steve Jobs
The last 10 minutes of your work day is the most crucial part of the day. In this time you can plan your tomorrow and start a fresh day. Organize your desk, clear your mind, and say a proper goodbye to your colleagues.
There are tons of ways in which you can spend these 10 minutes. You can list down things that were not done and schedule them for tomorrow, you can embrace on your achievement and get motivated to do more tomorrow. Or you can also sit and do nothing (which seems cool but won’t do you any good)
To reduce stress, organize your desk – having an organized desk can boost productivity and help you think clearly. Sign out of your work email and chat, so you will let your mind disconnect, leaving all work-related matters at the office. Lastly, you can also spend those few minutes thinking and reflecting on the day. What was your biggest achievement? What do you hope to improve?
Go through the following infographic and share it with all your colleagues, and if you have good relations with your boss, share with him too 😉
